SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service excluding international orders. and takes approximately 3-5 business days to deliver once items are shipped unless express shipping is selected at checkout then your orders takes 1-2 business days to deliver. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.


Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping (pre-orders don't apply).

 

BEEN THAT LLC isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service or the delivery carrier provided with your tracking number. BEEN THAT LLC does not hold responsibility for packages that state they have been delivered.

If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office or the delivery carrier provided with your tracking number.

If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day.

Returns/ exchanges 

 

Due to COVID19 & sanitary reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges if the package has been opened. If this does not apply to you, please contact us via email at info@shopbeenthat.com for further information on how to exchange your item or return for store credit. If for any reason we have to refund you, there will be a 6% fee deducted from your order total to cover the non-refundable transaction fees we were charged when you placed your order.
